If you feel Strive IA could be for your young person, our referral process is as follows:

-
Initial enquiry to rachel@striveia.co.uk or phone Rachel Hart,
Head of Provision 07399 108529 -
Complete our referral form (include the young person’s EHCP if they have one)
-
We will review all documents and, based on our initial conversation, determine whether we feel we can meet the needs at this stage.
-
An assessment visit will then be offered to determine whether we are the right provision for the young person. This will give them the opportunity to experience what Strive IA looks like and confirm that we can meet their needs.
-
Strive IA will then confirm if we are a suitable provision for the young person. If you wish to pursue a place at this stage, we will provide the referrer with a ‘provision offer’ letter. The referrer will then take this to their panel or senior leadership for final agreement of placement.
-
Once the offer and funding are agreed upon, we will work closely with parents and all professionals involved to ensure the best possible transition and the appropriate package are in place.

Places are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis and depend on the current cohort and capacity to ensure we can meet every young person’s needs to the best of our ability

If we are at full capacity, we will add your young person to our waiting list and endeavour to accommodate you as soon as possible
We can support young people with Special Educational Needs, such as:
-
Autism (ASC)
-
Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD)
-
Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)
-
Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)
-

-
Anxiety
Parents, schools, PRU’s and Local authorities can make referrals to us directly, with or without the young person having an EHCP.
